I would like to announce that I will begin posting weekly blogs on my website. I tried this before on my old website, but it wasn't a true blog. It was really just a page I added to my site that I wrote on every week. I really didn't know what I was doing, but most people found it informative and helpful, which was the whole point.
What's cool about my new website is that I can actually post these blogs and they will be archived so you can go back and read the old ones. You can also post your comments, so I am pretty pleased with this feature. I am also pretty sure that if you subscribe, you will get a link to these posts emailed to you each week.
This blog will be a health blog that covers a variety of tips and information. I am going to talk about chiropractic and nutrition, but I will also get into topics that can be helpful in other areas of your life. Bear with me, because I am just getting started, and things may be kind of hectic for me at first.
